1. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
If you are a customer residing in the EU, you have the legal right to change your mind about your purchase within 14 days and to receive a refund for most of our products purchased online. If you wish to cancel an order after changing your mind, you must notify us of your decision within 48 hours of the date you received the last item and return the items within 14 days of the date you were notified of the cancellation. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Should you receive an unwanted or faulty item, we will let you know if you have to return the item and, if you wish to exercise your legal right to refuse the item, you will have to send it back to us.
For customers from the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: please return items within 10 days from the date on the shipping bill.
Please return inadequate items in their original packaging. Please note: we are unable to refund pierced jewellery or swimwear if the hygienic guarantee seal is broken or tampered with.
2. WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING TIMES FOR MY RETURN?
It is our policy to process returns and refunds as quickly as possible.
If you are an EU customer and you have exercised your legal right to change your mind and cancel your order, we will process your return within 14 days from the date we receive the items back from you or 14 days from the date we receive proof of posting of the items from you, whichever is sooner. If you are an EU customer and you have returned faulty items, we will process your refund within 14 days of us establishing your entitlement to a refund.
For other customers, it may take up to 21 days from the date of return of the item(s) to our warehouse for the refund procedure to be processed.
If you have not received your refund after the above-mentioned period of time, please contact us (with proof of posting from the relevant post office, if available). We will take care of it.
3. HOW CAN I RETURN AN ARTICLE?
Evxparts.com reserves the right to accept only returns that comply with all of the following conditions:
The return request email must include the details of the order and the items to be returned as visible in your area of the evxparts.com website. Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories received with the order.
Returned goods must not show signs of use or be altered in any way (worn, washed, ironed, etc.).
Goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and properly packaged.
Returned products must be sent to evxparts.com in a single shipment. evxparts.com reserves the right not to accept items from the same order returned at different times.
evxparts.com reserves the right not to accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with the terms and conditions of the return policy. In this case, this will be communicated by email and you will have the choice to have the purchased products sent back, at your own expense, or, if not, evxparts.com will treat the items without refunding their cost.
To return your package, please follow the procedure below:
Repackage the items in their original packaging without removing their tags and labels.
- Place the evxparts.com address label on the top of the delivery note.
- Return the parcel by going to any post office and keep the shipping receipt. The package must not be sent by any method that does not provide for a shipping receipt (Paccocelere 1 or Express Courier).
- Keep the shipping receipt, as you will need it as proof of return.

4. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Sorry, we are not able to offer free returns to our Italian customers. You are responsible for the return costs.
Please note that, except in the case of defective products, we shall be entitled to recover the direct costs incurred in retrieving the items from your address. In this case, we may deduct these costs from the amount refunded.
5. HOW CAN I RETURN A DEFECTIVE ARTICLE?
- 1. If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order number (found in the Order History in 'My Account') the name/product code of the faulty item and details of the problem, so that we can investigate.
- 2. Please return the item to us by following the procedure outlined in section 2 'How do I return an item?'.
We will examine the defective item and contact you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time to inform you of the amount of the refund you are entitled to.
6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE REIMBURSED?
If you wish to return an item, we will refund you within 14 days of the date we send you the email confirming that you are entitled to a refund. Your right to a refund is conditional on the returned item reaching us within the 30 day return period or being faulty.
Defective items returned will be refunded in full, plus a refund of the shipping costs of the defective item(s). However, if there are other items in the same order in addition to the defective item, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, you will be asked to produce the shipping receipt as proof. In the event that you are unable to produce the shipping receipt, we reserve the right not to process the refund.
The reimbursement of sums received is normally made using the same method of payment that you used to make the purchase.
7. IS ITPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE AN ARTICLE?
Of course, but you have to pay the shipping costs.
8. WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL?
In addition to our return policy, you may withdraw from your contract with us at any time within 30 working days from the day following the day on which you received the contractual item(s) ("withdrawal period").
To withdraw from the contract, you must notify us of your withdrawal in writing within 7 days of the Withdrawal Period to our address.
Subsequently, you must return the items to us in the manner indicated in the section "How can I return an item? Notification of the return of your products via the online procedure does not constitute notification of the cancellation of your order for the purposes of exercising your legal rights to withdraw from the contract. Please note that in order to withdraw from your contract, you must return all products that were included in your order. You must take reasonable care of the products you wish to withdraw from the contract and must not use or misuse them. If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the amount due to you within 30 days from the date of notification of withdrawal.
In this Return Policy: "We" refers to EVXParts; "Products" refers to the products listed on our website www.evxparts.com ("Website"); "Contract" refers to the contract between you and us relating to the sale of Products via our Website. Each time you purchase one or more Products through our Website, you enter into a Contract with us. If you purchase several Products in one order for delivery to the same address, the Contract will cover all the Products mentioned in that order. If you order Products for delivery to different addresses, a separate Contract will be concluded for each delivery address, and each Contract will include all Products delivered to the respective address.
